Isha & Yasha’s Beautiful Gaylord Palms Wedding in Orlando, FL

Isha and Yasha’s South Asian wedding in Orlando was a beautiful multi-cultural celebration in honor of their Hindu and Parsi heritage. The Gaylord Palms Resort in Kissimmee was host to three days of festivities in culmination of Isha & Yasha’s touching love story, starting with a gorgeous outdoor sangeet night, where guests enjoyed speeches and dancing under the twinkling lights and colorful lanterns that transformed the Coquina Lawn.

After a rousing outdoor baraat the next morning, Isha and Yasha were wed in not one, but two Hindu and Parsi wedding ceremonies under a gorgeous floral mandap from Occasions by Shangri-La, erected inside Gaylord’s sprawling atrium, among the winding waterways and lush gardens reminiscent of the Everglades and Key West. The luxurious candlelit reception in the Sun Ballroom was a festive evening of heartfelt speeches and special dances, followed by an energetic party, where guests danced the night away.

Trisha & Depen's Epic Indian Wedding in Atlanta, GA

“Every love story has a beginning. But no great love story ever truly ends.” Trisha & Depen’s three day wedding in Atlanta was more than a celebration, it was an extravaganza nearly two years in the making. Six events over three days were attended by nearly a thousand guests from across the US and around the world, which took us all the way from the snow-capped peaks of the Pacific Northwest to bustling downtown Buckhead.

The InterContinental was host to a full weekend of festivities, kicked off by a crimson hued vidhi, followed by a lively mehendi night were Trisha’s family stunned in color-coordinated royal blue & white Anita Dongre. The family wowed again the next morning in matching cream colored Sabyasachi, as they welcomed guests to a beautiful candle-lit sataak.

Saarika & Partha's love story begins with Saarika and her father, as she starts a new married life in California, his unconditional love endures despite a difficult diagnosis. The moments they share at home and at the engagement show just how strong the bonds run in this beautiful family. Saarika & Partha's love story picks up in California a year later with a gorgeous weekend of wedding festivities kicked off with a fun welcome dinner at Marriott Newport Beach, offering guests from around the world stunning views of the Pacific Ocean at sunset.

Sharyu & Vineeth, A Musical Love Story in New Jersey

Vineeth is a gentleman full of surprises, so it’s no wonder his dramatic proposal to Sharyu involved an elaborate setup at the Hyatt Jersey City boardwalk against a gleaming Manhattan skyline. A love story that began with a beautiful friendship after a chance meeting during a study abroad program in London, culminated in Jersey City when Vineeth asked Sharyu to be his wife in typical romantic fashion.

Their traditional South Indian wedding began with a lively baraat, complete with a convertible Lamborghini. Attended by friends and family from around the world, their beautiful reception was filled with touching speeches from dear friends following a surprise dance performance by Vineeth and his groomsmen.

Bindu & Daniel’s gorgeous wedding celebration in Seattle was the ultimate combination of rich South Indian culture with modern western tradition. In Seattle by way of Houston, Daniel’s Texas family was warmly welcomed into the colorful world of South Asian weddings by Bindu’s New Jersey family. The two couldn’t be a better match, as in the words of Bindu’s sister, “he is the Texas to her Jersey Shore.” Their cheerful, fun personalities were truly contagious and we had a blast capturing the true love they share for one another.

Ekta & Kenny's beautiful multi-cultural wedding in Jersey City was a fun filled blend of rich culture and timeless tradition in honor of their heritage. The couple treated friends and family to a joyous celebration overlooking the gleaming New York city skyline, kicked off by none other than an incredible baraat by New York Water Taxi, which cruised along the Hudson River for unbelievable views of the Statue of Liberty. Their four legged family member, Toby, was also not one to miss the festivities. Their ceremony couldn't have been more touching and their evening reception of speeches, performances and dancing capped off an amazing day of celebration.

Ansu and Karan's gorgeous South Asian wedding celebration in New York was filled with fun, love, and lots of emotion, among the many tender and dramatic moments we were honored to commemorate in their film. The extravagant four-day celebration hosted in the heart of Manhattan was kicked off with a gorgeous sangeet at Cipriani, bringing Bollywood dance, henna artists and a bangles bazaar to the buzz of the financial district.

Ansu & Karan's colorful Hindu wedding at the historic Waldorf Astoria was nothing short of spectacular. What better way for Karan to make an entrance into the New York marquee hotel then by turning heads and stopping traffic with a grand baraat down Park Avenue! With not only a horse drawn carriage, but a classic Shelby Cobra in tow.

Avni & Abhishek's Stunning Indian Wedding in Salt Lake City, UT

“Before man finds love, he is lost.” What reads like part of an ancient Hindu proverb spoken beautifully by Pandit Satish Kumar, was in fact part of Avni and Abhishek’s original concept created exclusively by Pacific Pictures for their stunning same-day-edit. Their gorgeous Hindu wedding appeared not once but twice on the cover of the Salt Lake Tribune, which called their celebration “a wedding for the ages” and “a fairy tale event, involving hundreds of people from all over the globe.”

With the vibrant color and beautiful splendor of Avni and Abhishek’s opulent wedding also came deep spiritual meaning felt throughout the couples’ grah shanti, mehndi, sangeet, wedding ceremony and reception. Utah Governor Gary Herbert proclaimed Avni and Abhishek’s wedding day, “a day of celebration across the state of Utah,” and it’s no surprise, since their wedding was said to be “one of Utah’s most elaborate and expensive wedding celebrations ever.”

One of "The Knot's" best cultural weddings of the year was a spectacular four-day Indian wedding celebration hosted by Amanyara resort at one of the most beautiful island destinations on the planet! The culmination of this near decade-long romance brought fond memories to the picturesque island oasis that became the ultimate setting for an unforgettable wedding.

Melanie & Neeraj's welcome party was a colorful, bohemian inspired event held at a private villa dotted with candles, torches and lanterns. The couple welcomed guests and reminisced with friends as the sun set over the crystal clear Caribbean waters. After a morning boat excursion, guests enjoyed a glittering “Bollywood Soire” themed sangeet night with choreographed dances and speeches.

Komal & Shalin's Luxury Indian Wedding in Laguna Niguel, CA

It’s been quite an amazing journey with Komal and Shalin, beginning on the 50 yard line of M&T Bank Stadium for their must-see Baltimore Ravens Surprise Engagement, to the beaches of Laguna Niguel for their incredible four-day destination wedding in Southern California.

Komal and Shalin’s wedding celebration began with a gorgeous pastel-hued mehndi overlooking the pacific ocean from the cliffs at Montage Resort. Friends and family from all over the world were welcomed by a breathtaking sunset on the California coastline before a fun moonlit show of performances and dancing. The following day the couple were married in a grand outdoor Hindu ceremony in the opulent courtyard at St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort, kicked off with an exciting baraat by Shalin’s family.

Komal & Shalin's Baltimore Ravens Surprise Engagement

Married sports fans know that marriage and sports have a lot in common. Success in both requires hard work, dedication, and sacrifice. For engaged football fans Komal and Shalin, the first step in joining their families would come when Komal would reconsider her lifelong dedication to the New York Jet’s in favor of reluctant allegiance to Shalin’s Baltimore Ravens.

At their engagement party in Baltimore, Komal wanted to show her undying love and support for Shalin in the most dramatic way possible. Always the one to surprise his fiancé, Shalin would become the unwitting subject of the surprise of a lifetime for any Ravens fan. Unbeknownst to Shalin, Komal had arranged to walk Shalin blindfolded onto the 50 yard line of M&T Bank Stadium, the home of the Baltimore Ravens. The big reveal would include an announcement of the starting lineup of the Parikh and Desai families in true primetime NFL fashion.

Deepa & Jay's Beautiful Rajasthani Dream Wedding

“With love, the sands of time expand... Forever like a rolling sea.” We had an incredible time creating this concept highlight film with Deepa & Jay for their gorgeous Rajasthani themed Indian wedding in New Jersey. In the Vedic tradition, the concept of "auspicious time," known as muhurtham, is a widely held belief in which precise moments hold ideal value for the undertaking of an important life journey. A couple's birth chart, known as janmakshar, and astrological factors play a role in calculating the most auspicious dates and times for their wedding. We had a blast conceiving the visuals for this theme in celebration of Deepa & Jay’s Hindu beliefs, complete with a fun concept shoot in the desert, and incorporating it with their wedding in a same-day-edit that captivated everyone in attendance when it debuted live at their wedding reception.
